1. 负责公司韩国和日本市场推广、渠道合作及第三方辅助生殖渠道人员招募管理工作；2. 负责公司客户全流程跟进、指导，对接诊所医疗事务；3. 负责接待客户前期咨询，包括但不仅限于线上、线下多渠道咨询, 并能独立解决一般投诉；4. 负责协调客户当地的就医安排，包括但不仅限于接送用车，饮食，住宿等相关事宜；5. 客户关系的维护与管理, 拥有较强客户意识，并后期对接相关渠道；6. 负责当地公司行政等事务处理与协调；7. 听从上级领导的工作安排，积极协助其他部门工作。 1. Responsible for the company's promotion in the Korean and Japanese markets, channel cooperation, and recruitment and management of personnel for third-party assisted reproductive channels; 2. Responsible for following up and guiding the entire process of company clients, and coordinating medical affairs with clinics; 3. Responsible for receiving customer inquiries in the early stages, including but not limited to online and offline multi-channel consultations, and able to independently resolve general complaints; 4. Responsible for coordinating local medical arrangements for clients, including but not limited to transportation, meals, accommodation, and other related matters; 5. Maintain and manage customer relationships, have strong customer awareness, and later connect with relevant channels; 6. Responsible for handling and coordinating administrative and other affairs of the local company; 7. Follow the work arrangements of superiors and actively assist other departments in their work. 1. 本科及以上，临床医学，生物医学专业优先； 2. 有辅助生殖、妇科、医疗咨询、客户服务相关领域，市场推广招募工作经验，生殖中心相关工作经验优先； 3. 韩语、日语和英语熟练，有海外留学经验优先； 4. 有国内驾驶证，熟练开车； 5. 敬业，守时，有信念感，工作流程性强，能承受一定的工作压力； 6. 有责任心，有较好的沟通能力、销售意识和服务意识，对工作耐心细致。 1. Bachelor's degree or above, clinical medicine, biomedical majors are preferred; 2. Have experience in assisted reproduction, gynecology, medical consultation, customer service related fields, market promotion and recruitment work, and experience in reproductive center related work is preferred; 3. Proficient in Korean, Japanese, and English, with overseas study experience preferred; 4. Have a domestic driver's license and be proficient in driving; 5. Dedicated, punctual, with a sense of belief, strong work flow, able to withstand certain work pressure; 6. Responsible, with good communication skills, sales and service awareness, patient and meticulous in work.
