职位描述供应商开发 In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Develop a world-class supplier base in Asia： Develop Korea foundry sourcing strategies in conjunction with Regional Manager Drive Korea foundry development qualifications Monitor supplier capacity to ensure materials availability Manage responsible supplier base to ensure quality levels are maintained Coordinate with R&D/Product engineers regarding requirements for product transfers and new product developments. Source best cost suppliers for Sakura plant Establish and meet cost containment/ cost reduction targets for assigned commodity Strategic Supplier management to meet materials availability & Commodity inventory cost objectives. Drive lean projects to improve lead-time, flexibility worldwide manufacturing sites. Drive for development and implementation China localization initiatives, aligned to Global/AP objectives Valve cost analysis to support China projects profit uplift Digital supply chain，development office automation to integrate supplier data into our data system and well monitoring supplier performance Who You Are: You stay focused and composed in stressful situations and maintains a positive attitude and forward-thinking approach despite troubling circumstances or setbacks.
