ultrasound sales representative/ supervisor
responsibilities: 1. fores and plans individual selling target, utes and drives results to meet a set target 2. keeps follow-up with existing orders end to end to ensure the smoothness of order fulfillment 3. manages and supports distributors of assigned region 4. explores new promising overseas market, and works to enhance mindray product branding recognition in the local area as well as improve market coverage 5. presents mindray products in professional fairs and exhibitions 6. keeps management informed by submitting activity reports, work plan and territory market analyses 7. monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules 8. resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to management team 9. coordinates service team to solve customer complaints 10. feedbacks to r&d team according to sales status with the purpose of product optimization requirements: 1. bachelor degree or above, majoring in engineering or equivalent, mechanical and electrical engineering, bio-medical, human science or related disciplines 2. minimum 3 years working experience in international sales, sales experience in the field of medical imaging device is preferred 3. excellent communication skills in english 4. excellent capability in business expansion and account management. 5. able to travel frequently.
